		<description>I think I read about this in a book by Tom Leonard, too. Like you said, he mentioned that everytime something bad happens, counter it with an over-response. 

I have really learned to control my over-reacting in the past few years and it is of tremendous benefit, not only in my business but in my relationships as well.
