Behind every action is a thought. Our energy and attitudes are created by the words we think and speak with. Their impact is stronger than drugs (medical tests with placebos have revealed this for years).

My own work with high and low achievers has taught me exactly the same thing: people who are productive and fulfilled in life use different language than the people who are struggling. You can always tell where a person’s coming from by listening to the language they use. The language of optimism and creativity leads to power and innovation. The language of pessimism, criticism and victimization leads to depression and low life performance. Everything starts in the mind.
