Shape Your Success has grown out of  Changing Lanes, LLC which was established in 2001. It’s function was a private coaching practice which helped people figure out their purpose in life and “how” to get there.

It soon became obvious that people could find their purpose and take steps toward their vision while working with me, however, the mental agility didn’t always come with it. Through research and working with mentor coaches, including Cheryl Richardson (author of Stand Up For Your Life and The Art of Extreme Self-Care) and William Horton (founder of the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming), I have been able to help people continue on their path and enjoy it.  Shaping Your Success and Changing Lanes assists people with and teaches the tools to embrace fear and blast through it, as well as create the foundational mindset of excellence and success.

With the introduction of self-care in the mix, I noticed that my clients don’t go through burnout, they get more done in less time and they enjoy much more freedom. By investing in yourself, you can easily create the mindset to dissolve procrastination, save time, save money, as well as, place yourself into the mental and emotional position to make more money and feel the power and yumminess of success.

My mission is to help people take charge of their attitudes, businesses, and sanity. Prior to opening Changing Lanes and branding the Shape Your Success systems, I offered my services to educational and medical administrations and worked for a period in human resources.
